At Glow & Radiance, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition to be eligible for a return.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used skincare/beauty products.

  • Sale or clearance items.

  • Gift cards.

Return Process

  1. Contact us to request a return.

  2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a shipping address.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We offer free exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us immediately with photos and order details.

  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
